Sept. 7 Map & Bee Glue!

Plenty of new products have been popping up throughout the summer, but few are quite as fascinating as propolis – glue of the honey bee hive. Bees use propolis in many ways. Among other applications, they may use it to smooth rough surfaces, seal cracks, cover holes, or even envelope foreign objects that can't be removed easily from the hive.

Humans have uses for propolis, too; it can be found in various medicines and cosmetics. It's believed that propolis can be used to treat cuts, burns, acne, cold sores, joint pain, sore throats, and more. Seen here is powdered propolis, ready to be incorporated into your next tincture or ointment. Visit Zee-Bee Honey for more information, or your very own vial of propolis!

The weather expected for tomorrow's market looks far from wonderful, but we can't have perfectly sunny market days all the time! Please come out and support the vendors that brave the rain and/or wind to bring their products to you. For all vendors in attendance, see the Vendor LIST. For locations, see the Market MAP.

Food trucks: Baba's Food Spot, Bon Burger and Mr. Spudd's Poutinerie.

See you at market!
