Summer is ending, but RFM isn't!

Summer is visibly fading, and the busiest days of the market are over. With Autumn, however, comes another harvest and a wave of fresh Fall produce. The loyalty of our customers is indisputable, but they do tend to forget that RFM still exists after the new school season begins. Be assured that our vendors are still hard at work preparing their goods and attending markets, despite the chill in the air.

The outdoor markets will continue all the way to October 19th, 2013. Starting on October 26th, 2013, RFM can be found at the Cathedral Neighbourhood Centre every Saturday. Aside from the usual indoor location, RFM is planning to add a second, very exciting location in order to serve you better. The University of Regina has extended an invitation to RFM to host a series of Thursday Markets, starting October 24th, 2013. Details are being finalized, but the arrangement is very promising.

Adding a second indoor location during the winter increases the availability of our local food to a larger customer base and a new demographic, which results in happy customers and smiling vendors. Winter doesn’t stop the RFM, so feel free to visit one of our indoor locations when the time comes to stock up on your favourite market goods!

Stay tuned for a list of indoor market dates.
