Introducing Rick and Hayley of Heliotrope

The "Heliotrope" family farm was established in 2004 and is an organic, hand-picked produce farm located near Craven in the Qu’Appelle Valley. When you picture a farmers' market table over-flowing with veggies and produce, Heliotrope is likely who you are imagining. They have been with the Regina Farmers' Market for 15+ years and counting. They also sell their produce to many local restaurants to keep their colourful and nutritious veggies connected and available in the community. As an organic farm means that they don’t use pesticides on their produce they just put extra love and care into their growing process.

Heliotrope has a wide range of organic vegetables all hand-picked and seasonal. From asparagus in the spring to pumpkins in the fall. But they also have some staple pieces such as their leafy greens and colourful beets and carrots. They bring colour to your plate and make it fun to eat your vegetables. Just look for the Heliotrope tents covering their tables of beautiful seasonal veggies - you'll be glad you did.
