Cheese producers seem to come and go at RFM; we've had hard cheeses, soft cheeses, and feta cheeses made with milk from cows, goats, and sheep. Most of the time, we don't have cheese at all *sad face*. Before the cheese-lovers start to cry, let it be known that Coteau Hills Creamery has come to our rescue! They've been approved as a new vendor, and will start out with their creamy Balkan-style feta cheese made with milk from SK dairies. Find Coteau Hills Creamery products at the Local & Fresh booth on Wednesdays.

Windy Wednesday

It looks like this Wednesday market won't be quite as windy as the last one (yay?), but it sure seems like Windy Wednesday is an emerging trend (please, Weather Gods, prove me wrong!). If the gusts of wind are few and far between tomorrow, please pull up a chair or a spot of grass and enjoy a bite from our mobile food vendors. In the food court area tomorrow:
