Join the Regina Farmers’ Market!

Applications for our 2018 season are now being accepted in certain areas (see below).
For regular vendors, the deadline to be assessed with our first round of applications was January 31, 2018. 
We will open for a second round of vendor applications from March 15-April 15, 2018
In anticipation of outdoor markets on May 5, 2018 we will begin assessing applications as they are received in the second round. Applicants are encouraged to apply early.

For mobile units (i.e., Food Trucks), the deadline to apply is April 15, 2018.
The RFM also welcomes applications from non-profit community groups. There is no deadline for the non-proft community group applications. However, we have limited space at each market and so we cannot accomodate every request to attend. Applicants are encouraged to apply early in the year.
Things to keep in mind:
  • All products sold at the Regina’s Farmers’ Market must be made, baked, grown, or designed in Saskatchewan.
  • Before applying, please read the instructions at the top of the online application form carefully.
  • Be prepared with business, attendance, display, and product information before you start the application process.
  • All components of the application must be submitted before the deadline (April 15, 2018 for Vendors and Mobile Units) or the application will be considered incomplete and will not be assessed.
