Introducing Gabriella Tar and Gergo Galla of The Market Fresh Bakery 

Based in Moose Jaw, SK - Gabriella and Gergo joined the Regina Farmers' Market in 2020, excited to share their Eastern European Baking with the Regina community. Originally from Hungary, this couple settled into Moose Jaw for Gergo's pilot career and lucky for the RFM, introduced us to Gabriella's baking! In an effort to settle into their new home (and country!) and connect with the community, Market Fresh Bakery was established!  

Be sure to look for the friendly couple of Market Fresh Bakery at both the RFM Online Store and in-person markets at City Square Plaza. Their menu continues to grow so be sure to keep an eye out for new items through-out the year and especially during the holidays. We've learned the real challenge will be choosing just one item to take home with you!
