Regina Farmers' Market Announces Free Parking at Outdoor Markets, Made Possible by Harvard Developments

Earlier this year we announced that the Regina Farmers’ Market would be returning to Pat Fiacco Plaza for the outdoor season. With our first outdoor market coming up in just a few days we’re excited to share information on free downtown parking options.

How did we get here?

Community feedback played a key role in shaping our return downtown. In the fall of 2025 we gathered feedback from customer and vendor surveys, a vendor engagement session, and a public engagement panel. This feedback helped guide our decision to return downtown.

We are excited to be back at Pat Fiacco Plaza starting May 2, 2026, with markets happening on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 9am to 1pm.

Free and accessible parking options near the plaza

Wherever we set up, it’s the people who come out to shop local, and support our vendors who make the Regina Farmers’ Market possible. Your support is what keeps the Regina Farmers’ Market going, and we’re incredibly grateful. To help make visiting the market as accessible and convenient as possible, we’re pleased to share information about several nearby parking options.

Free Parking at Hill Centre Parkade, Made Possible by Harvard Developments

We are thrilled to announce that free parking will be available for Regina Farmers’ Market customers at the Hill Centre parkade located at 1845 Cornwall Street, just a one minute walk from the market. This free parking was made possible by Harvard Developments and its Downtown Building Partners, the Official Parking Sponsor of the Regina Farmers’ Market. Their support helps remove barriers to accessing the market and makes it easier for more people to shop local. We are deeply grateful for their support.

On Saturdays: The parkade will be open during market hours with free entry and exit, no parking tickets will be required.

On Wednesdays: Visitors can park for free by taking a ticket upon entry to the parkade, and stopping by the Regina Farmers’ Market Information Booth to have their parking validated.

Additional Parking Options

● The SaskPower Parking Lot at 2101 Scarth Street is available for free, public use on Saturdays. It is approximately a seven-minute walk to the market with access through Victoria Park.

● Street parking in downtown Regina is free on Saturdays with a 2 hour limit. On Wednesdays, standard parking rates apply.

All paid on-street parking must now be paid for using:

● PayByPhone, or

● Pre-paid parking vouchers

Coin payment is no longer available. To make your visit easier, we recommend downloading the PayByPhone app in advance at regina.ca/parkingapp. For support, visit regina.ca/paybyphone or contact Service Regina at 306-777-7000.

Prepaid parking vouchers are also available for residents who prefer not to use the PayByPhone system, or do not have a smartphone. On-street parking vouchers can be purchased at City Hall, or at the Regina Farmers’ Market Information Booth in packs of five for $13.75.

For more information on the transition to the PayByPhone system, please visit https://www.regina.ca/transportation-roads-parking/parking/.

More than ever, we are calling on our community to show up and support local farmers, food producers, and makers. We are incredibly grateful for the community’s support over the past 50 years, and we are excited for everything this season will bring.
