Founded in 2022 by Martin Nguyen and his dedicated team, CRÈME embodies the modern art of baking while drawing inspiration from the natural beauty of Vietnam, where Martin spent his formative years on a tea and coffee farm.
Martin Nguyen, an esteemed pastry chef and chocolatier, brings a wealth of experience, having graduated with honors in Baking and Pastry Arts Management from George Brown College, Toronto. His journey includes stints at renowned establishments such as Bisha Hotel, Hotel X, Delysse Luxury Desserts, and most recently, Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise in Alberta. Despite his success in high-profile kitchens, Martin's entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish CRÈME in Regina, a city he has come to cherish for its warm and supportive community.
Diligent and innovative, Martin constantly pushes the boundaries of conventional baking, infusing exotic bean-to-bar chocolate flavors and crafting elegant artisanal desserts that redefine the standard of high-end baked goods.
