As the city basks in the afterglow of the wonderful evening we had at Market Under the Stars on Thursday, our vendors are hard at work preparing for Saturday morning's market. We're back on City Square Plaza from 9am-1pm and you can expect to find all of your favourite Saskatchewan-made products and our usual stellar vendors. In addition to our regular lineup, there will be a few new faces are joining us for the first time this season. Lincoln Gardens will be returning for their first market of the season, which is very exciting for their many fans (and all fans of locally grown, fresh produce!). Also, there are still fresh Saskatoons to be had at Rocky Acres Orchard and Loon Creek Saskatoons. Read on for all of the market details!

New Vendor: Lark Farm

Lark Farm is a brand new vendor attending the Regina Farmers' Market on Saturday. They specialize in local, sustainably grown flowers. They grow over 100 varieties of flowers using natural farming methods (which help to build healthy soil and support biodiversity). Can you imagine what a gorgeous sight their farm in South Qu'Appelle must be? Tomorrow they will be bringing a wide variety of their hand-cut and tied bouquets. Folks, they are absolutely stunning! Find them on Scarth Street at tomorrow's market. Pick up a bunch and brighten up your day!

Flok Reward: Free Prairie Cherry Sundae

If you were at Market Under the Stars on Thursday you couldn't have missed Absolute Zero's big bright blue truck. They were serving ice cream sundaes made with prairie cherries from Over the Hill Orchards and boy, were they popular! If you missed your chance to get your hands on one of these delectable frozen treats (or if you did but you're ready for another one) head to the market tomorrow and you could have one for zero dollars.
