Bringing the sizzle of the "Smash Burger" trend from the United States to the Queen City, Kyle Forrest launched The Paddy Wagon with a passion for creating mouthwatering cuisine. Using fresh Angus ground chuck that is lovingly "smashed" onto the grill to achieve that perfect, caramelized crust, The Paddy Wagon's smash burgers are unlike any other. In addition to their iconic smash burger, The Paddy Wagon is also recognizable for their loaded poutines, hot dogs, and philly cheesesteak.
