August 10 Map & Market T-Shirts!

Vendors have received first pick, and now our new t-shirts are up for grabs! Articulate Ink designed and printed them for us on quality American Apparel black shirts. Sizes range from small to double extra large, with limited amounts available. Get to the RFM Info Tent (located at the centre of the Plaza) early tomorrow morning for the widest selection. Shirts are $25 each.

Zak Organics became a vendor earlier this year, and they've already gained some loyal regular customers! Their crunchy green pea snacks are made with certified organic green peas, grown right on their Saskatchewan farm. Pictured here are the Smoky BBQ peas, but Sea Salt & Lime and Garden Herb are also available. If popcorn isn't your deal, Zak Organics green peas may be the healthy snack you want while watching Regina Downtown's Cinema Under the Stars on Wednesday nights. You can stuff you face – guilt free – with these little bursts of flavour, protein, iron, and fibre.  There are only 3 Cinema Under the Stars nights left this summer:

• August 10 - Finding Nemo

• August 17 - Zootopia

• August 24 - Star Wars: The Force Awakens

Crafts and games start at 7:00 pm in Victoria Park/City Square Plaza. Movies begin at 9:30 pm, or at dusk. And don't forget the peas! 

Say goodbye to summer with us on August 25, at the last Market Under the Stars of 2016! If you have Food/Liquor Tasting Tickets leftover from July 7 or 21, now is the time to use them. Market Under the Stars is Thursday, August 25, from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm. There will be over 20 Food Tasting booths and 6 Liquor Tasting Booths (Prairie Bee Meadery will be there for the first time!). Concert Series, providing by Regina Dowtown BID and RAWK Entertainment Group, will feature Tiny and Scott Richmond. During the market tomorrow, the Saskatchewan Sports Hall of Fame will be holding a media conference to release details about their 50th Anniversary Celebration Gala. The media conference begins at 10:00 am on Scarth St. More info from the Saskatchewan Sports Hall of Fame:

Amarah Elizabeth, BarnCat Designs, Earthy Artisan, Kangro Gardening (now Wednesday attenders ONLY), Lorraine's Kitchen, Ottenbreit's Meats, and The Garlic Garden are all back. Food trucks: Baba's Food Spot, Bon Burger, Mr. Spudd's Poutinerie, Nacho Fiesta, and Prairie Smoke.
