Celebrity Corn on the Cob Eating Contest: August 27th

At our last outdoor Market under the Stars, Wednesday, August 27th we will have our first ever Corn on the Cob Eating Competition. We are so proud to have one of our local Market growers, Lincoln Gardens, provide the delicious fresh corn for this event. The corn will be cooked by the Downtown Western Pizza. Thank you for all the Celebrity types who were more than happy to jump into this eating competition!

So with every Celebrity Eating Competition there are the rules. Major, big, serious rules. That because we take ourselves so seriously...NOT! Here are the Celebrity Corn on the Cob Eating Rules:

1) Contestants will eat corn on the cob from Lincoln Gardens. You will be provided with a plates of totally awesome corn on the cob.

2) Contestants may cheat! But if the Manager catches them cheating they will be disqualified from the contest!

3) Whoever eats all the corn first is the winner! Note: the corn must be EATEN!

4) When you finish the last of your corn you must shout Farmers’ Market corn is the freshest AND THE BEST!

Even if the celebrities don’t win the eating competition they have a chance to win the “Best Trash Talker Prize”! Are you good at throwing shade and barbs to your fellow competitors?
