Labour Day Weekend Corn Roast Fundraiser
Regina Farmers’ Market will hold outdoor farmers’ markets until October 12. Join us as we kick off the Fall market season with a corn roast fundraiser!
Purchase a freshly roasted cob of corn at the farmers’ market on Saturday, August 31 for $5 and help nourish the community. All proceeds from the corn roast will go directly towards launching Regina Farmers' Market’s brand-new Nutrition Coupon Program!
The Nutrition Coupon Program is designed to combat food insecurity and increase access to fresh local produce, while also supporting our local growers. The program will see RFM partner with community organizations to provide Market Money coupons to priority groups, including lower-income families, pregnant individuals, and seniors. The coupons will be redeemable at any RFM market for a variety of nutritious local foods such as vegetables, fruits, eggs, honey, and meat.
