Sept. 28 Map & 4 Outdoor Markets Left!

We're down to the last 4 outdoor markets and the second last Wednesday market of the year! After our last outdoor market on October 8, there will be no more Wednesday markets. We move indoors on Saturday, October 15 to the Shrine Centre at 2065 Hamilton St. Saturday indoor markets will occur weekly, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, until December 17.

Howland's Honey has been "Sweetening Your Day Since 1979" and attending RFM nearly as long. This 3rd generation enterprise is a fixture on the Plaza, attending pretty much every Wednesday and Saturday market. On the Howland's Honey table, you'll find containers of unpasteurized liquid or creamed honey in various sizes, as well as raw, buckwheat and cinnamon honey. Honeycomb (pictured) is available seasonally and beeswax can be ordered in bulk or smaller amounts. Howland's Honey will not be attending indoor markets, so be sure to stop by before October 8!

If you've been visiting RFM for any number of years, you've got to know Lorraine's Kitchen. She's one of those all-around excellent bakers that does everything well. You could get butter tarts, cookies, meat pies, muffins, or good ol' white bread and know that all of them will impress. Shown here are Lorraine's orange almond cookies that are both chewy and crunchy at the same time. You can try them tomorrow!
