Last indoor market!

Join us this Saturday for our last indoor farmers' market of the spring! Thank you everyone for supporting us throughout our indoor season! We want to bring you something extra special for our last indoor date, so join us this weekend for two special events: 

Magic Show (10:30-11:00 am): Prepare to be amazed. Enjoy the jaw-dropping magic tricks and humour of Danny Kazam. Seating is limited, so pick up your FREE tickets inside the RPL Prince of Wales branch 30 minutes before the program begins.

Fiddling Performance (12:00ish): Prepare to tap your toes to the fiddling virtuosity of Andrea Beaton and Troy MacGillivray (pictured here), two of Canada’s finest fiddle players, who are joining us all the way from Nova Scotia!

Outdoor markets begin on May 4

We are chomping at the bit to head outside to City Square Plaza starting Saturday May 4, and that's where you'll find us all summer long. Haven't marked your calendars with our outdoor dates? Here's the full outdoor season line up:

ALL markets take place on City Square Plaza (12th Ave between Lorne St and Scarth St)

Our vendors make it possible!

As you know, 2019 marks the first time in our 44-year history that the RFM is offering year-round markets... including through January and February! It simply would not be possible to bring you a year-round farmers' market without the farmers and makers that bring you their wares, week in and week out, all year long. We want to send a special shout out to the RFM vendors that have joined us EVERY single week since January, through snow, wind, and Polar Vortex! You will also find nearly all these folks on the Plaza, rain or shine, all summer long!

Cheang's Sinofood (pictured here), with their yummy assortment of Asian dips, sauces, and frozen snacks and meals. You can expect to find Cheang at virtually every market year-round, including outdoor markets on both Saturdays and Wednesdays!

Floating Gardens, with their incredibly fresh and beauiful greens, herbs, edible flowers, cucumbers, and more (grown hydroponically year-round in their Osler greenhouse). Floating Gardens will join us on the Plaza for every outdoor market on both Saturday and Wednesday!

Going with the Grain/Larry's Bread Machine, with their fresh baking and hot brunches. Find the Larry's Bread Machine food truck at virtually every outdoor market!

Latino Bake Shop, with their delicious frozen empanadas. Look for their food truck at most outdoor markets to stock up on frozen and HOT empanadas. 

Rocky Acres Orchard, with the incredible assortment of farm-grown produce and preserves, including pickles, juice, spreads and much more! They'll be on the Plaza, Saturdays and Wednesdays, thoughout the summer. 

Sacred Earth Soaps, with their handmade soaps and huge variety of natural body products. They rarely miss a market, so find their soaps on the Plaza on Saturdays and Wednesdays!

The Cookie Lady (pictured here), with their brightly coloured cookies, delicious pies, and other decadent desserts. They've been an indoor and outdoor market staple for over 20 years! Find them outside on Saturday and Wednesdays!

The Good Dog (pictured here), with their natural and handmade dog foods and treats. Relative newbies, they joined the RFM in 2018, and have been one of our favourite and most consistent vendors ever since! Find them on the Plaza all summer long, Saturdays and Wednesdays.

Universal Energy Healing, with their invigorating on site market massages! They will only be joining us Saturdays in May, so look for them on the Plaza for some end-of-the-week relaxation!
